RETURN POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to feel delighted with your purchase! But if anything doesn’t work for you, we’ll help you exchange or return with an easy process!
Please be mindful of our return and exchange policies:
- Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Garments must be in their original unworn condition with all tags attached.
- We do not take back worn or washed merchandise.
- We provide easy return labels. Please see below return process steps to initiate a request.
- Store credit returns and Exchanges are FREE.
- All garments are subject to inspection
- Refunds will take 3 to 5 business days to be credited back on your account.
Return process step by step:
- Please email ffitapparel@gmail.com to initiate a return process.
- Include the words RETURN REQUEST followed by your order number on the SUBJECT LINE. Your order number can be found on the email sent with confirmation of order. Or check into your Ffit Apparel Account. Please indicate if you’d like:
- Exchange – list number of new desired item and size
- Store Credit
- Refund to original form of payment
- We’ll process your request and email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return labels for you to ship back the unwanted merchandise.
- Once the unwanted merchandise arrives, we’ll inspect it, and email you back a resolution notice.
